Referral Program terms and conditions

Thank you for choosing Multifocal Network Ltd, dba “Multifocal Network” (“Multifocal Network” “we”, “us” or “our”). By creating your user profile on Multifocal Network, and participating in our Referral Program, you agree to these terms and the standard website terms (the “Terms of Use”).
REFERRAL PROGRAM OVERVIEW

Incentive: Earn €5 for every new user who creates a profile using the same contact data (name and email) you used to create your profile on Multifocal Network, as explained in our website.

Referral Limit: You can earn up to a maximum of €500, which equates to referring 100 new verified users.
ELIGIBILITY
To participate, you must be an existing user of our service. Referred individuals must be real persons and demonstrate their academic and professional skills in the Optics Industry. Current students, or individuals that have not finished their academic training may not, in some cases, be eligible for the Referral Program.
VERIFICATION PROCESS
Each referred user must undergo a 1-1 online meeting for profile verification. The referred user must provide valid academic and professional credentials during the verification process. A professional questionnaire to demonstrate some skills and knowledge may not be excluded.

Our referral program complies with the following UK laws and regulations:

DATA PROTECTION
Multifocal Network, a business acting as a Recruitment Service, is registered with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) to ensure the protection of your personal data. If you are eligible for any remuneration following our Referral Program, we will ensure that you have explicitly consented to our collection and processing of your bank/card details for the payment. We will only retain personal data for as long as necessary. The remuneration may be facilitated through third-party intermediaries, such as Stripe, PayPal, etc., and/or via bank transfer.
GENERAL TERMS
We may amend these terms from time to time. We may terminate the referral program at our discretion. We will notify you by email of any changes to these terms. Your continued use of the Service after our delivery of that notification email constitutes acceptance of any changed terms. These terms plus our website terms comprise our entire agreement regarding your use of the Service.
